Marco De Luca, born in Novara (NO) on July 29, 1973, is an International Professional Journalist and freelancer. His editorial activity is characterized by total independence from the constraints of the Italian journalistic regulatory system, operating in full autonomy and outside the obligations of local guild registration or national state examinations.

Specializing in "Politics and Legal", De Luca focuses on judicial reporting with an uncompromising investigative lens on judicial misconduct. Through Radio Bologna 24 and Radio Mafiopoli, he systematically documents phenomena of corruption, collusion, and organized crime. Over the years, he has engaged in an active and frontal battle against systemic inefficiencies, physically and legally filing complaints against magistrates, judges, and honorary vice-prosecutors (VPO) for their conduct. His whistleblowing activity is not limited to law enforcement agencies but continues incessantly at a public and media level, exposing the incapacity and incompetence of those exercising judicial functions without the necessary meritocratic legitimacy.
